Treatment for swollen swell bodies is similar to treatment for the turbinates, with medications and procedures both effective. Swollen Swell Bodies
The nasal swell bodies are parts of the nose that can cause congestion of the nose. They are swellings of the skin on the septum in a critical part of the nose on the septum. If the swell bodies are swollen, the breathing through the nose becomes obstructed. The swell bodies are thought to be similar to an airflow regulator.
